Our Acro Dance class blends the strength and flexibility of acrobatics with the creativity and musicality of dance.
Designed for kids ages 6–12, this class focuses on developing coordination, balance, confidence, and safe acrobatic technique.
Students will learn skills such as handstands, cartwheels, bridges, rolls, and progressions appropriate to their level—while also exploring how to seamlessly connect these movements with dance steps.
