We’ll begin with a Sacred Cacao Ceremony, where you'll be guided to open your heart and set intentions with this gentle, powerful plant medicine. Cacao has been used for centuries in ritual to awaken the emotional body, increase presence, and foster deeper connection with self and others.
From this grounded and heart-centered space, we’ll transition into Ecstatic Dance—a freeform movement journey where you are invited to express yourself fully, release what no longer serves you, and tap into your inner joy. There are no steps to follow, no expectations, just your body, breath, and rhythm.
